We spent half of a rainy Sunday here. We went at 11:30 and it was quite empty, but it got full by 12. I had a falafel plate (so amazing, with a beetroot and chickpea filling, well seasoned), roobois tea and the Bailey’s crepes (which was a bit funny because we thought it would come with a Bailey’s infused cream or something, but it was straight up Bailey’s , still tasty). My partner had the fish n chips (there was confusion here because we clarified that we wanted salad instead of chips, but they ended up still bringing the chips), the house burger (also great) and coffee. We got a rather nice table because we were early and sat for about 3 hours. Lovely atmosphere!
Excellent chill out bar! Loved the fried Chicken and fries! Huge portion!
Not much to say and that's a good thing. Took pancakes (make sure to take 2 or 3 per person) and hamburger (size is ok, but not for big hunger).
Fantastic burgers - taste so homemade! Fantastic flammkuchen - like I remember from Neckarmüller Tübingen in the late 90s Awesome smoothies. Didn’t manage to test the crepes they were advertising. Wonderful staff - friendly and attentive. The giant umbrella protected us from the summer rain so we could sit outside and cool off from the humidity. Fun beach atmosphere. This place is a must!!!!
